To members of the 6th Company of Canadian Fencible Infantry.
We will be camping this weekend at Fort George, please arrive by 7pm if possible as the nights are getting darker. We will be camping in the same location as last year, there will also be scouters at the entrance to the park to direct you to the correct location. We will be the first cub group, immediately after the artillery regiment.
For those that have not been to this camp before, the entrance to the camp is off of John St E. on Niagara on the Lake (approximately 280 John St.)

Come to camp in uniform with long pants and warm boots/walking shoes. First year cubs do not have to come in uniform if they have not yet purchased a uniform.
Packing list:
You will not require a full mess kit as food will be provided on foam 'clamshells', a (labeled) mug for hotchocolate is a must!
Please bring your red shirt from last year (or another red t shirt).
The uniform includes your necker and especially woggle which will be needed for the parade.
We will be camping with many other scouts and cubs and moving during the day. Please LABEL everything, include 1st Trafalgar (or 1TR) in the label if possible.
In addition to uniform, please bring:
- toque + gloves/mitts - it will be cold at night!
- camp blanket
- waterproof pair of shoes
- 2 pair warm socks
- 1 extra pair long pants
- 2 pair t-shirt/undershirt
- pajamas
- pullover/sweatshirt
- underwear
- weatherproof warm jacket with hood
- sunscreen and hat
- towel, wash cloth, soap, toothbrush + toothpaste
- small pack for waterbottle, snack and pullover/jacket
- refillable waterbottle
- thermos mug
- camp chair
- Sleeping bag, sleeping mat (aka thermorest), pillow
- flashlight
- non-electronic game
There will be an opportunity to buy some candy, please do not send more than $2.
